Minor booking requirements
- A parent or legal guardian must be present for any minor appointment.
- Bring matching guardian ID plus a birth certificate, guardianship papers, or approved school-account records.
- Minors also need their own ID, and a school ID is acceptable when the names match the guardian documents.
- Age thresholds still apply: lobes from age 3, select cartilage and nose from 14, some standard placements from 16, and oral, dermal, nipple, and genital appointments from 18.
